Now what is this

#røldalsfjellring

Inspired by Johannes Einemo at Lærdalsøren Hotel's Lærdalsørenring routes, this round trip was named Røldalsfjellring during Club Alfa Romeo's Pentecost meeting in 2019. The route runs along rv520, and fv13 on what is the National Tourist Route Ryfylke. You can start along the entire route, but usually there is a start and stop in Sauda. The round trip is 165 km, but can be extended with detours along the way. E.g. from Mo up to Gullingen and over to Jøsenfjorden and a detour on Fv681 to Hebnes ferry quay and back.

Round trip in Hardanger

Not done with the fantastic roads of Western Norway yet? Join us on a round trip in Hardanger. The route starts from Hordatun and, if possible, bypasses the tunnels on the old Røldalsvegen. Stop at Odda and Kinsarvik before lunch at the venerable Brakanes Hotel in Ulvik. From there, the route follows the old road to Granvin and up to Skjervsfossen. The small road section from the bottom to the top of Skjervet is very entertaining. Then it's just a quick stage to Kvanndal where the ferry to Utne departs. From here you follow the north side of the fjord back to Odda and then back up to Hordatun. 25 miles of driving pleasure and fantastic views.
